Each watch undergoes a comprehensive authentication process by qualified horological professionals, including verification of mechanical operation, originality of components, inspection of serial numbers, and review of accompanying documentation where available.

Richfields is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer of the manufacturers whose products it sells. Inventory is sourced through a vetted network of private collectors, authorized dealers, and manufacturer-affiliated partners.

All items listed for sale are maintained within Richfields’ inventory and are shipped from Miami, Florida. Cleared payments received prior to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), are generally processed and shipped the same business day.

Shipments are securely packaged, fully insured for the declared value, and require adult signature confirmation upon delivery. Timepieces are securely shipped via fully insured FedEx Overnight service to your nearest FedEx Hold location for safe and convenient collection.

Subject to the Return Policy terms, Richfields may, at its sole discretion, consider returns submitted within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Approved returns are eligible only for store credit; refunds to original payment methods are not permitted. New timepieces, special orders, engraved or modified items, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, new and pre-owned timepieces are accompanied by the remaining balance of the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable and transferable. If no remaining transferable warranty applies, no warranty coverage is offered or implied unless expressly stated in writing at the time of sale. Vintage timepieces carry no warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Wire transfer may be arranged through your bank. Domestic wires initiated before 12:00 p.m. EST are typically received the same business day; international wires generally process within one to three business days. Wire transfer is required for international clientele outside the United States. Upon purchase you receive an invoice with wiring instructions.

Yes. Richfields offers sell, trade-in, and consign services. Specialists evaluate brand, model, age, condition, service history, and market demand. Trade-in offers may be applied toward another watch from the collection. Consignment includes expert marketing, photography, and access to a global collector network.
